Brake Parachute for Mirage-2000 Aircraft
The brake parachute is intended to reduce the aircraft landing run and provides additional safety during emergencies. The main parachute is of Uni-Cross design with each cross strip of nylon fabric measuring 3.280 m x 1.40 m, providing a canopy area of 13.5 Sq.m. An auxiliary parachute of 1.410 m is also provided, which has a circular shape.
