A detailed Report on Corporate Governance, in accordance with the Guidelines on Corporate Governance for CPSEs, 2010 issued by DPE (OM No. 18(8)/2005-GM dated 14.05.2010), along with a Certificate of Compliance from the Practicing Company Secretary, has been placed at Annexure ‘C’ to this Report.
As per the Self-evaluation Annual Grading Report on Corporate Governance for FY 2024-25, the Company has achieved a satisfactory grading score of more than 85%.
