GIL believes in transparency, accountability and integrity in respect of affairs of the Company and is committed to maintain the highest standards of corporate governance in all spheres of business activities carried out by the Company. A detailed Report on Corporate Governance as per the Guidelines on Corporate Governance for CPSEs 2010 issued by DPE vide OM No. 18(8)/2005-GM dated 14.05.2010 along with Certificate on compliance of conditions on Corporate Governance from the Practicing Company Secretary is placed at Annexure ‘C’ to this Report. As per the Self-evaluation Annual Grading Report on Corporate Governance for FY 2021-22, the Company is process of having evaluation grading.
